My credit/debit card is being declined, what do I do?
Please contact the company that issued your card. They will be able to see why the transaction is being declined.

Why can't I view my course certificate?
You have to complete the course to view and print your course certificate. Once you have completed the course, you can view and print your certificate here

My name or DOB is wrong. How can I change it?
Send an email to support@beasafehunter.org from the email address you used for the course. You will be notified by email once the change is complete.

What are the requirements for hunter education in my state?
