I forgot my user name, what do I do?
If you registered after June 26, 2010, your user name is your email address.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
We can email you a new password. Just go to the password recovery page.
Can I change my password?
Yes. Go to the change password page.
My credit/debit card is being declined, what do I do?
Please contact the company that issued your card.
They will be able to see why the transaction is being declined.
Why can't I view my course certificate?
You have to complete the course to view and print your course certificate.
Once you have completed the course, you can view and print your certificate here.
I failed my test. Can I try again without creating a new account?
Yes. Go to the course reset page.
I don't see how to fix my problem. Is there someone I can contact?
